These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website getmorereviewsx.com, our software platform, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Get More Reviews ("Get More Reviews," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Description of Services
Get More Reviews provides software that helps local businesses request, collect, manage, and respond to reviews from their own customers, and monitor their online reputation.
Get More Reviews is not a lead generation service, a marketing list provider, or a multi-level marketing business. We do not buy, sell, rent, or broker leads, contact lists, or consumer information, and we do not generate or sell leads for other businesses.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
This section describes the text messaging program operated by Get More Reviews (the "SMS Program").
a) Who sends the messages. All messages in the SMS Program are sent by Get More Reviews from our toll-free number +1 866-428-6116. Messages are sent only to people who have given us their mobile number and opted in to receive texts from Get More Reviews.
b) What messages you will receive. Replies to your inquiries, demo and appointment scheduling and reminders, onboarding help, account and billing notifications, and customer support conversations related to Get More Reviews.
c) How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on getmorereviewsx.com and checking the consent checkbox, which is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
d) Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.
e) Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
f) Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START or submit the form again.
g) Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 866-428-6116.
h) Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
i) Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at https://getmorereviewsx.com/privacy-policy for details.
j) Scope of the SMS Program. The SMS Program covers only messages sent by Get More Reviews about Get More Reviews. Our toll-free number is not used to send messages on behalf of our clients. Businesses that use our software to contact their own customers do so from their own phone numbers, under their own business name and their own carrier registration, and are responsible for those messages (see Section 6).
6. Responsibilities of Businesses Using Our Software
If you are a business that uses the Services to request reviews from your own customers, you agree that:
You will only contact your own customers with whom you have an existing business relationship, such as a completed purchase, service, or appointment.
You will not import or message purchased, rented, shared, or scraped contact lists.
You will obtain and keep records of valid consent from each recipient as required by applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.
You will send messages from your own phone number, identified with your own business name, and will complete any carrier registration or verification required for that number.
You will honor all opt-out requests promptly.
You will not use the Services for lead generation, multi-level marketing, affiliate marketing, debt collection, or any other content prohibited by carriers or messaging providers.
We may suspend messaging from any account that appears to lack proper consent, generates excessive complaints, or violates this Section.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Send messages to people who have not consented, or continue messaging after an opt-out request
Send spam, malware, or fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content
Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any business
Collect reviews through incentives, fake reviews, or deceptive practices, or in violation of review platform policies (such as those of Google, Yelp, or Facebook)
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section.
8. Fees and Payment
Paid Services are billed as described at signup or in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle you selected until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice, and continued use after a price change means you accept it.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and logos (excluding content you submit), are owned by Get More Reviews or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You keep ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to host and process it only as needed to provide the Services.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third-party services such as messaging providers, payment processors, CRM platforms, and review sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular number or rating of reviews will result from using them.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET MORE REVIEWS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get More Reviews from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including messages sent without proper consent.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country where you live.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
